We are looking for a resource in Talent Acquisition team for our parent company Blue Monk Ventures – an E-Waste firm with 06 Business Verticals and 02 plants in Manesar & 01 in Rajasthan. Our Corporate office is in Sohna road Gurgaon. The incumbent will be responsible for Talent Acquisition and its allied functions like Induction, On-boarding, Talent Retention initiatives. Will be responsible for primarily IT (both software and hardware) and Non IT hiring for our group companies along with driving campus recruitment for Business Colleges/ University across North India.
